Executive Council
Article 4 of the HSAS Constitution and By-Laws
Executive Council is composed of the President of the Association and one or more representatives from each professional, occupational or 'composite' group which has Members in the Association.
Powers - When the Annual Convention is not in session, the Executive Council manages and supervises the affairs and business of the Association.
Term of Office - Each member of Executive Council is elected for a two-year term, unless the member resigns, ceases to be an active Member of the Association, changes professional, occupational or composite group or misses three consecutive Executive Council meetings without appointing an alternate.
